Where we ship
We ship to Australia. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

What it costs
Free standard shipping on every Australian order. No minimum spend. No import duties and no extra charges — the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Where your order ships from
Sleek Line products ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Shenzhen, China. We tell you this up front because it affects how long your order takes to reach you. It's also why we can sell a A$79.95 piece for A$79.95.

How long it takes

• Processing: within 48 hours. Your order is picked, packed and handed to the carrier.
• Delivery: 8–15 business days after dispatch.
• Total: typically 2–3 weeks. Please allow up to 4 weeks from order to doorstep.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year), customs inspections and remote delivery areas can add time. We'd rather be honest with you now than promise you three days and let you down.

Tracking
You'll receive a Track & Trace code by email within 24–72 hours of ordering, once the carrier scans your parcel. If you haven't received tracking after 5 business days, email info@sleek-line.com and we'll find out why.

Tracking often takes a few days to show movement after you get the code. That's normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

Delays and lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived 25 business days after dispatch, email info@sleek-line.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or refund you in full. You don't have to chase the carrier yourself — that's our job.

Wrong address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll correct it. We can't take responsibility for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly, but email us anyway and we'll do what we can.
